Yes,you have to wait for the presale items since the manufacturer didn't release it yet,or you can buy instock items.and for the shipping,they move fast most time,but will be slow sometimes ,it depends on the shipping agent.

First, I would like to tell you that they have arrived two weeks earlier than expected, and the cartridges are different from the factory-made Ceto Rincoe, the airflow is more closed and pleasant. Although, this is no longer your fault, you should be more careful with the packaging, the box arrived destroyed, it is an irrelevant fact but I mention it to you to take it into account, it is a long trip they have made and the transport are not very friendly with small packages. Very satisfied with the purchase, I put you on my list of reliable stores for upcoming purchases.
