Fasttech - costos de devolucion en Gift Certificate

Ayer devolvi el SMOK PRO que me salio malo, previa coordinacion con ellos. Les adjunte la factura de envio.

Me escribieron esto:

"Thanks for your response.

Would you like to refund $24.17 via the store credit or just to your paypal?

It's a gift certificate code and it's good as cash. Simply enter it in step 3 of checkout. There is a gift certificate link right above the "Place Order" button.

You can use it to get anything you like.

Please confirm that then we can process accordingly."

We have refunded $24.17 via the store credit with the code here:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxPlease check your account.

Pero que mierda??? Primero para que me pregunta si quiero Paypal o gift certificate si luego me dice que solo lo va a devolver en gift certificate., Y segundo, porque no puedo recibir mi devolucion en paypal?? Deberia poderse?? Que se vayan a la mierda estos de fasttect, ,me gasto mi dinero enviando un item defectuoso y me quieren pagar con gif cetrificate.

Alguien que tenga esa experiencia que les respondo??

Creo que estas a tiempo de abrir una reclamación en paypal, antes eran 45 dias pero ahora lo han alargado. Diles a los de fasttech que te lo ingresen, que si no abres reclamación a paypal y haber que te contestan.

Borra el numero del gift que no se si te lo podrán levantar, yo he solicitado recientemente que se me borren los datos de mi cuenta, no voy a aburrir contando por que, recibo respuesta de que en unas horas se me cancelara la cuenta, pues han pasado tres dí­as.... y el chino descojonado de la risa :haha: y yo esperando como un lelo a que se me cierre la cuenta, bienvenido a linchaoland.

Esos $24.17 deben corresponder al enví­o que te lo están reintegrando como un gift certificate.

Efectivamente es del envio. Pero deberia corresponder la devolucion en cash a trave de Paypal , no como gift certificate.
