Recibí un Taifun GT desde Fasttech, que tenía un pequeño defecto en su base.
Tras abrir ticket, recibo este mensaje:
Sorry for the issue. We will work on to improve the quality control process.
Most of the items sold on FastTech.com are covered by FastTech Standard Return Policy, i.e. replacement can be requested within 6 months from date of shipment and refund within 45 days from date of delivery. Would you like to have a replacement base? If yes,would you want us to add the replacement in your next order or ship it separately as soon as possible?
By adding it to new order, you simply need to post your new order number here and we will add it manually. In order to catch up, please consider put the new order on hold at the order page: https://www.fasttech.com/account/order/ORDER NUMBER. We will release it from hold after the processing.

Please kindly keep the defective item/parts till the replacement is received and confirmed working.
